Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products on DetectorAI. Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
I. SUBSCRIPTION
Please read our Terms of Use for subscription plans and team plans. The scope of subscription is as you purchased the plan, and new plans and contents may be introduced in different plans. Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Please see Section II. Cancellation to understand how to cancel your subscription.
II. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@detectorai.org. Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the last day of your current subscription period. If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically renew, and the applicable fee will be charged. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed services until the end of your current billing period.
V. REFUNDS
All purchases made through our app and website involve digital content and are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in this policy. When you complete a purchase, the digital service is made available immediately, and you acknowledge that the service is considered fully performed once delivered.
EU Consumer Notice: If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason or incurring any cost. However, this right no longer applies once the digital content has been delivered with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL SERVICE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE THE CONTENT IS MADE AVAILABLE. Accordingly, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, unless the digital content has a persistent technical defect (as outlined below) or as otherwise required under mandatory law.
If you experience persistent technical difficulties that are solely attributable to our platform and not to user-side factors (such as device compatibility, connectivity or outdated software), and where required by consumer protection laws, you may be eligible for a discretionary refund. In such cases, you must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., screenshots, error logs) evidencing the issue.
Although the service is generally non-refundable, you may request an exceptional refund by contacting our support team, provided that BOTH of the following conditions are met:
(1) your request is submitted within two days from the date of purchase, AND (2) you have completed no more than one advanced scan. This complimentary refund is only available if both conditions are satisfied.
Additional packages are added to and bound to the user's main subscription package. Therefore, if the main package subscription ends, additional packages will also expire. Users shall meet the conditions of main package refund criteria as explained above.
VI. CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES
If, at any time, you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment of applicable subscription fees in your account, we may disable or terminate your account immediately at our sole discretion for the breach of your payment obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with any information proving that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.
VII. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time to reflect changes such as new features or subscription plans. Changes will apply only to future purchases or renewals. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time if they do not agree with the updated terms. We recommend that users take a screenshot of the refund policy at the time of purchase for their records.
